We are a two-person shop that drives to your house or office to fix computer, printer, and network problems. Tucson is our home base and where we run most of our visits. Central, east side, midtown, and the foothills are all easy same-day calls for us in most weeks.
Pricing is simple. $65 per hour, $45 minimum. We tell you the cost before we start.
Neighborhoods we cover in Tucson
Central Tucson, midtown, the east side out past Kolb and Pantano, the west side, downtown, and the Catalina Foothills. If you are inside the loop we can usually get to you the same week and often the same day. Farther out, we ask for a day of notice.
What we get called for in Tucson
Tucson customers are a mixed group. We get calls from families whose kid’s laptop is acting up, small businesses that need a printer to work with a new laptop, and retirees who moved down from cooler weather and want their new place set up. A typical week has a printer install on Monday, a virus removal Tuesday, a home Wi-Fi mesh install Wednesday, and someone’s new TV going up on the wall Friday.
We work on both Windows and Mac, and we do not push one over the other. If you tell us what you use, we work with it.
Same-day service
When you call and we have an opening, we come out the same day. Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are usually the tightest. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings are usually the most open. If we cannot make same-day, we book you at the earliest slot that works for both of us.
What a visit looks like
We show up on time. We take our shoes off if you would like us to. We look at what is wrong, tell you what it will cost, and get to work. Most jobs are one to two hours. We do not leave until you have seen the fix and understand what we did.
