How much do you charge?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Our standard rate is $65 per hour, with a minimum service fee of $45. We’ll always explain the cost before we start, so you know what to expect. No surprise charges – ever.
What’s included in your service?
Every service visit includes more than just a quick fix. We’ll not only solve your main issue, but also check your device for other common problems and give it a basic tune-up. We’re happy to answer any questions you have along the way. Our goal is to leave your device running smoothly and you feeling confident.
Do you offer same-day service?
We know tech problems can’t wait. In most cases, yes – we can come out the same day. If you need help urgently, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to be there as soon as possible. Otherwise, we’ll schedule the earliest convenient time for you.
Do you make house calls?
Yes – we come right to your home, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Your safety and comfort are our top priority. We respect your home, arrive on time, and can even wear a mask if you’d like.
