Engle Energy Tech Support is a small Tucson tech-help shop run by Tyler Engle. Michael is the other tech. Between the two of us we cover most of Tucson, Oro Valley, and Saddlebrooke, house by house, one visit at a time.
Why we come to your house
Most of the people who call us do not want to unplug a whole computer setup and haul it across town to a shop. The problem is often in the room. The printer is in the office. The Wi-Fi is weak in the back bedroom. The TV is on the wall. Coming to your house means we can actually see the situation and solve it in the place where it needs to work.
It also means you get to watch. We explain what we are doing while we do it. If you want to learn something so you can handle it yourself next time, we are happy to teach you. If you want to sit down with a cup of coffee and let us handle it, that works too.
The two of us
Tyler runs the business and does most of the visits. Background in general computer work, networking, and small-business IT. Comfortable in both the Windows and Apple worlds.
Michael is the other tech on the road. Between the two of us, we can cover most days of the week and most kinds of jobs.
What we charge
$65 per hour, $45 minimum. We tell you the price before we start. If a job turns out to be larger than we thought, we tell you before we run past the estimate. No surprise charges.
Where we go
We serve Tucson, Oro Valley, and Saddlebrooke. Same-day visits are usually possible in Tucson and Oro Valley. Saddlebrooke usually asks for a day of notice because of the drive.
