A lot of our regulars live in Saddlebrooke. It is a bit of a drive for us but it is worth it. Saddlebrooke residents tend to want a real person who will sit down, take the time, and not talk down to them about their computer. That is exactly the kind of work we like to do.
Pricing is the same up here as everywhere else. $65 per hour, $45 minimum. We tell you the price before we start.
Please plan a day ahead
Saddlebrooke is about a forty-five minute drive from central Tucson. Because of that, we usually cannot do a true same-day visit. What we can do is get you scheduled for the next day, or sometimes later the same day if you catch us before we leave the shop. Calling in the morning gives you the best chance.
What we do most in Saddlebrooke
Apple help is the biggest bucket. iCloud logins, moving photos from an old iPhone to a new one, iPad email that stopped working, printing from a Mac. We are patient with it and we explain what we are doing while we do it.
Printer setup is close behind. Saddlebrooke printers, like all printers, wander off from the Wi-Fi network for no reason and stop showing up on your laptop. We reset them, put them back on the network, and make sure they still work from your phone and tablet too.
Home networking rounds out the top three. The homes in Saddlebrooke are large enough that a single router in the office does not always cover the whole house. We set up mesh Wi-Fi systems that fill in the back rooms and the patio.
Community-friendly
We know the way in and out of the community. We know the guard-gate routine. We are respectful of quiet hours and the people around us. If you need us to bring documentation for the HOA about a mount or a network install, ask and we will send it before we come out.
Not just retirees
Most of our Saddlebrooke customers are retired. Many are not. Either way, we treat every visit the same. Show up on time, listen to what you need, do the job well, explain everything, and leave you set up to keep going on your own.
